November is Apprenticeship Recognition Month and we are excited to share with you the progress we have made in B.C.’s trades training system this past year. With nearly 50,000 apprentices across B.C., our success is defined not only by the growth of the apprenticeship system but the experiences of our customers and stakeholders along the entire apprenticeship journey.

Looking ahead, over 100,000 skilled trades career opportunities are expected across the province in the next decade. We are committed to building a skilled workforce that is inclusive, innovative and responsive to B.C.’s ever evolving labour market.

Some of the achievements we are celebrating this year include:

infographic with text that says 'nearly 50,000 active apprenticeship registrations'
infographic with text that says '6162 certificates of qualification issued'

Join us along the apprenticeship pathway in our 2024-2025 Year in Review report and celebrate the people, partnerships and programs that make B.C.’s trades training system stand out!
