We are proud to announce that SkilledTradesBC CEO Shelley Gray has been named the runner-up for the 2024 Women of the Year Awards Leader category. The awards in the Leader category are given to female talents who have shown consistent excellence by adapting to change, motivating people, and moving their organizations forward.
Shelley has been the CEO of SkilledTradesBC since 2018 and is the first woman to hold this position at our organization. Under her leadership, we continue to work towards building the most diverse and sustainable skilled trades workforce that serves the needs of our communities and British Columbians at large.
This is the fifth year that BCBusiness held their Women of the Year awards, honouring 21 outstanding female entrepreneurs and business executives in who are pushing the province forward and removing barriers.
